Mr. Long’s experience in insurance coverage disputes includes:

  • Representing Client Insureds in Intellectual Property Infringement Coverage Disputes between Insured and Carrier resulting from carrier’s declination for payment of costs of defense re: infringement claims;
  • Representing Client Insureds in Substantial Impairment or Loss of Use of Property Coverage Disputes between Insured and Carrier resulting from carrier’s declination for payment of costs of defense re: applicable claims;
  • Representing Client Insureds in On Site Injury Coverage Disputes between Insured and Carrier; as well as
  • Sureties, Bonds, and other coverage disputes.
