Attorney Long has prior direct industry experience prior to his law career working directly with entertainment clients in the advertising industry ranging from e-commerce, loyalty programs, media promotions of IPs, and enterprise marketing data analysis.

LABOR & EMPLOYMENT 

Mr. Long has advised and represented clients and organized labor leaders. Mr. Long has represented both employees and employers before the Labor Commissioner and in court, including successful appeals to achieve favorable outcomes. Mr. Long is familiar with guild agreements pertaining to the entertainment industry.

FINANCING

Mr. Long has closed successful financing on film production deals with producers and financiers, applying specialized knowledge in accounting and finance to assist clients., and is experienced working with executives as well as expert economists and accountants.
